• Parties: Refers to the platform and the user.
• Professionals: Refers to professionals intervening in various sectors and presented on this website.
• Services: Refers to all the services offered by the platform to the user through the site.
• Communication Tools: Refers to the free service of facilitating the search for professionals offered to the user by the platform through the website.
• Communication Services: Refers to the service of booking and facilitating interactions with professionals offered to the user by the platform through the website.
• Website: Refers to the site http://app.healphant.com.
• Platform: Refers to the web application http://app.healphant.com.
• User: Refers to all physical persons using the website and accessing the services offered through the website.

Failure to accept these terms and conditions entails the user’s obligation to immediately cease using the platform and the services provided through it.

About Us:
This platform is owned by Friendly and Useful, LDA, registered under NIPC 516190385. It is designed to facilitate trustworthy communication between professionals and clients. Please note that we are not an emergency service. In case of an emergency, please call 112.

Capacity:
By using the platform, you confirm that you are older than 18 years of age. Parents may use the platform on behalf of their children under 18, in which case the parent shall communicate with the professionals.

Services:
The platform provides tools for communication between users and professionals. Equipment or tools used to access the service are at the user’s expense, including costs relating to electronic communications. The platform does not guarantee availability or regularity of services.

Service Interruption:
The service may be interrupted due to issues beyond the platform’s control. The platform will strive to resolve such issues promptly but cannot guarantee the speed of response.

Personal Data:
The platform takes the security of your account and personal data seriously. Users must ensure the accuracy of their details and inform us promptly if changes occur.

Payment:
Payments for interactions or services are facilitated through third-party services. The platform does not assume responsibility for third-party malfunctions or modifications.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be regulated under Portuguese Law, and the court of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
